At ProGym Bodmin, we are always looking for ways to improve our facilities and create a gym environment that caters to a wider range of members. Over the next couple of months, we are excited to begin work on a brand-new dedicated cardio room, which will provide more space and more options for everyone training with us.

Our existing cardio equipment will be moving into the new room, including our two treadmills, cross trainer and exercise bike. This dedicated space will allow members to focus on their cardiovascular training in a comfortable and motivating environment.

But that's not all. As we continue to invest in the future of ProGym Bodmin, we are planning to introduce even more equipment to the new cardio room, including:

• A rowing machine
• A SkiErg
• A stepper
• Battle ropes

These additions will offer greater variety and help us cater to all fitness goals, whether you are looking to improve your endurance, increase your fitness levels or add something different to your training routine.

The exciting changes do not stop there. Once the current cardio room has been vacated, we have big plans to transform it into a versatile multi-purpose space for our members.

The room will be fitted with mirrors and improved lighting, creating the perfect setting for posing practice and abdominal workouts. We also intend for the space to host our blood-testing sessions and, at various points throughout the year, welcome a sports massage therapist to provide treatments and support our members' recovery and wellbeing.

As ProGym Bodmin continues to grow, our aim remains the same: to create a gym that supports people of all fitness levels and offers facilities that meet a wide variety of needs. We are incredibly excited about these upcoming developments and look forward to sharing further updates as the project progresses.
